Chee Siong has a wealth of experience working with youth and children for the past 12 years. He sees that communication breakdown is very often the underlying issues that manifest into many forms of behavioral issues. However, it is also his forte to repair these broken communication channels, which has since helped many of the parents and children.

With his extensive training in Educational Therapy and Assessment, Chong Lee specializes in working with learners who have Dyslexia and Mathematical Learning Difficulties. As an Early Interventionist, he works closely with parents so as to develop literacy acquisition skills for young children who may run the risk of having learning issues before they start formal education. Armed with the experiences of an ex-school teacher, Chong Lee weaves Educational Therapy into the mainstream M.O.E curriculum that will prove useful for children to cope with the rigors of the local education system. Besides this, he stresses the importance of building gratifying human relationships. As such, he teaches Social and Executive Function Skills to students with autism so that they can conduct themselves appropriately in social settings.

Jessica has been strongly involved with promoting community mediation and helping people resolve disputes within the community.  She has been in charge of conducting peer mediation training in schools, teaching students to use mediation as an important life skill to resolve conflicts. She is active in reaching out to youths by organising activities and conducting talks to promote youth volunteerism and getting them to be more involved. With years of experience working with primary, secondary and institutes of higher learning, she is familiar with the educational environment. She has always enjoyed working with youth and children. Being trained in both counselling and psychology, she possesses valuable knowledge and skills in engaging the minds of youth and children. She has strong interests in positive psychology and mindfulness practices, and believes in the importance of mental, social and emotional wellbeing of youth and children.
